The Wear Test

This is more than just a product trial—it’s shaping the future of femtech for women around the globe.
You’ll be among the first to wear our Base Layer engineered to comfortably ease cramps naturally and adapt to your day — from workouts to work mode and everything in between.
And we want your honest take.
What is the ACT Base Layer? 💭
The Adjustable Compression Technology™ (ACT) Base Layer uses gentle, targeted compression around the hips to ease period cramps — no batteries, chargers, or electronics. It’s a familiar, comfortable short designed for relief.
Developed by Doctors. Designed for Real Life.
ACT wasn’t built in a lab. It was created by a doctor-slash-mom of six daughters (yes, six!) who was done watching her girls—and her patients—suffer through cramps with no real natural solution.
With years of hands-on experience treating pelvic alignment and muscular tension, her team designed a technology that supports your body with gentle, targeted compression: no meds, no batteries, and no complicated tech.
We’ve got you covered with our testing team, offering oversight, and answering any health-related questions you might have along the way.
You won’t be on your own.

FAQ
What is ACT?
ACT stands for Adjustable Compression Technology™: a drug-free, non-electronic base layer that helps ease menstrual cramps with customizable compression.
How do I operate the ACT Base Layer?
Turn the dials to tighten. Pull them out to loosen. You’re in control of the pressure and comfort.
Can I wear ACT if I’m not on my period?
Yes! It helps with bloating, ovulation discomfort, or mid-cycle cramps too.
Will ACT show under my clothes?
It’s designed to be discreet. Depending on your outfit, you may notice a slight outline, but most testers say it’s low-key.
Can I wear ACT while exercising?
Yes—walking, yoga, light cardio are all fine. Just avoid high-impact workouts the first time you wear it.
What if the Base Layer feels too tight or too loose?
Use the dials to adjust. Lift them up to quickly release compression. If it still doesn’t feel right, let us know—we’re refining fit based on your feedback
Is ACT Period Underwear?
No. They are a pair of shorts designed for movement, featuring a special lacing function created by a doctor to help naturally relieve period cramps. They may however, provide some leak-proof ability and keep everything in place.
Can I wear the shorts to sleep?
We don’t recommend it unless you’ve already tested them during the day and feel fully comfortable. If the dials are released and the compression system isn’t engaged, the shorts will feel just like regular activewear — so it’s up to you and what feels best for your body.
Will it show under clothes?
It’s designed to be discreet, but super tight outfits might show a little outline.
Wear the shorts on their own or under your favorite sweatpants.
